Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and payment must be made at time of pre-registration. Students may register in person, online or by giving us a call at the shop. Students registering by phone must provide credit card information. We cannot add your name to the class roster unless we have payment, and you are not considered reserved for class until paid. 


All class fees are non-refundable. While we understand sickness and unexpected things happen, we must adhere to this policy closely in order to ensure quality service for all of our customers and instructors.

In the event of insufficient enrollment the class may be cancelled however students will receive a complete refund or credit towards another class. 


At the time of registration, you will receive a complete supply list. The cost of supplies is not included in the class fee, unless otherwise noted. Some classes require some prep work to be done before class. All classes start promptly. Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes early with all necessary supplies. Arriving unprepared or late will prevent your class from proceeding smoothly. Please be sure to review the pattern or book prior to class (if applicable). 


Cut fabrics may not be returned for a refund or shop credit. This includes fabric cut from the bolt, fat quarters and kits. 
Due to copyright law, books and patterns may not be returned for a refund or shop credit.

Packaged Items in their original condition and orginal unopened packaging from smoke free homes may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or shop credit. Once the item is received then you should see a refund via the original payment method unless otherwise noted within 10 business days.
