Delve back into the past and study quilts from the Civil War era. Each month we?ll learn about fabric styles and colors that will give your quilts a vintage look. Reproduction-style quilt projects each month with tips, techniques, and shortcuts for making the quilts along with block exchanges, fabric swaps, and other fun challenges. This is an on-going club that meets monthly.

Come learn the basics with Muriel. This course focuses on the first steps in the quilting process: picking fabrics, reading patterns and sewing tips as well as cutting and piecing techniques to help you create beautiful quilt tops and fabric projects. This class will teach you the basics of learning hand embroidery stitches which will lead you to wanting to learn more. We will be working on a 30 Day Sampler, on display in the shop, which starts you on a great adventure on how to create art with some beautiful embroidery stitches. The Sampler Kits will be available early January in the shop.
